The Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of patients who work alongside the practice to:

• Improve services and patient experience
• Share feedback and suggestions
• Strengthen communication between patients and staff

The Practice will be asking patients to complete a questionnaire every year to enable the Partners and Staff to review patient feedback and focus on areas requiring attention.
