Please note that repeat prescriptions are never urgent. Medications not previously prescribed for you cannot be ordered as repeat.
In order to prevent mistakes, we do not accept requests over the phone.
Written repeat prescriptions can be requested via:
- Post to: Squires Lane Medical Practice, 2 Squires Lane, Finchley, London, N3 2AU
- Via Patient Online Access (If you don’t have access yet please call our reception to register for this service.)
- Email to: nclicb.prescriptions.squireslane@nhs.net
- In the practice: Please fill in the form available by the entrance of our practice front door or use the request slip from your previous prescription and post it through the letter box.
- Please note that if you have requested a medication that has not been prescribed by the surgery we may request for additional information. This may cause further delay.
Please allow two working days for your repeat prescription to be issued.
