Anima Go-Live
Friday 16 January 2026 we will be changing our online consultation platform. Instead of eConsult we will be going live with Anima
From this date, EConsult will no longer be available, and all requests must be submitted and processed via Anima.
Please read the information below carefully for further details.
What is Anima?
Anima is our new online request service. It lets you contact the practice securely online-without waiting on hold or needing an app.
When can I use it?
Anima is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.30pm. If we’ve reached safe capacity for the day, you can still submit routine requests for later. Urgent? Call reception, 111, or 999.
What can I use it for?
- Appointments
- Repeat prescriptions
- Sick notes
- Admin queries
- Long-term condition reviews
- Referrals or follow-up questions
I don’t have internet access - what now?
Call reception. Our team can submit a request on your behalf and get back to you with the outcome.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Anima is certified to NHS and UK government standards. All data stays in the UK and is encrypted.
